Windows setup, OpenCV and deploy your CEP documentation update

Three new documentation updates were published today

• The Windows setup documentation page was updated to remove some misprints (thanks to Hatem Younes)
• an article on how to install and use OpenCV in a CamiTK extension project was added to development advanced topics (thanks to Hatem again!)
• A new documentation page on how to distribute and deploy CamiTK with your extension(s) was added (with CamiTK 5.0 deploying became fairly, easy even on Windows).
